FCHS student wins health poster contest

Ashley Kirkpatrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Grady Kirkpatrick, was recently named the winner in the county health department poster contest. The contest was open to middle and high school students in the county. The poster was reproduced, and the reproductions were hung in areas businesses. Ashley, a senior art student of Pat Steinman, was awarded a $100 prize for the winning poster. The Auburn Health Department was in charge of the contest.
